Medical Doctor

Michael Lazar was born and raised in northern New Jersey between the tropical paradise of Newark and primary filming town of the Sopranos. His father was a first generation American who put himself through college at night while working full time on the factory floor. His mother, an immigrant from Poland, put his 10-hour-a-day work ethic to shame. Michael was able to earn a full academic scholarship to Rutgers College and was the first in the family to attend Medical School. After completing this at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School in Newark he went on to complete surgical residency at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson and then Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery Fellowship at Penn State Hershey. (That’s 12 years if anyone’s counting.) He is fully board certified in Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery, holds a Masters in Health Care Administration, numerous surgical certifications and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

Medical Doctor

Krista Lazar, MD, MHS was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She attended Temple university for her undergraduate degree, and went on to Drexel university where she obtained her masters in health sciences, and physician assistant studies. After working in CT surgery for 10 years at Penn State Hershey she relocated with her family to Wiliamsport in 2013 and took on ever-increasing roles. While raising two children, she returned to medical school and graduated with high honors. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at UPMC North Central PA, became board certified and currently works as an Emergency Medicine Doctor.

Nurse Injector

Kait is a Registered Nurse that combines her Emergency Nursing experience with her interest in Aesthetics which allows her to meet her client's needs. Aesthetic procedures can be emotional moments, however Kait meets her clients vulnerability with empathy. Kait prides herself on building lasting relationships, trust, and managing her client's expectations. Her priority is to make sure her clients' needs are understood and are given the necessary information to achieve their desired aesthetic. Kait is a strong advocate for "allowing yourself to feel your true self". She believes when you prioritize your health not only physically but mentally the possibilities are endless. Kait loves nursing because it is a profession that has no boundaries. Being a nurse is a never-ending process; it involves encountering new experiences every day. She has participated in hands-on training and workshops recognized by Allergan and Medicis. Kait strives to continue to learn new skills on a daily basis so she can provide her clients with first-class compassionate care.

Doctor of Osteopathy

Jeff Myers grew up in a small community in the southern part of NY state called New York City. After initially training as an engineer in undergrad at Rensselaer Polytechnic, he became a paramedic and ultimately earned his medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine and Fellowship in Emergency Medical Services at the University at Buffalo and is board certified in both fields. He also has a masters in Educational Technology and teaches at several conferences and courses every year.

Aesthetician

My name is Sarah and I am the owner of Permanent Prana. I am a licensed esthetician, lash tech and have a national certification for tattooing and permanent makeup as well as a BFA in illustration from Moore College in Philadelphia. After residing in North Carolina for 12 years, I'm happy to be back in my hometown with my two girls. I'm grateful to be apart of the incredible team at Hush and look forward to offering each of my clients with exceptional, personalized services.
